Health Systems, Inc. Lawsuit: On January 27, 2012, we mailed FLSA notices and consents to join to almost 19,000 class members who are eligible to join to collect unpaid minimum wage and overtime. You must return your consent no later than April 26, 2012. On February 23, 2012, the Court certified the case as a Rule 23 class action going back to January 25, 2006; we expect to send notice to the more than 25,000 class members in the next month or so.
